Prespeech Checklist for Jeff Davidson’s Presentations
You have booked one of Jeff Davidson’s presentations on having more Breathing Space and overcoming the crushing burden of information and communication overload. This checklist serves as a planning guide and late reminder of how to help Jeff be at his best for your group. We appreciate your attention to detail. Please call toll-free with questions at 800-735-1994 anytime.
Room Arrangement

The diagram indicates Jeff’s preferred room arrangement based on attendance. Jeff needs access to the room the night before and/or 45 minutes prior to his start.
Staging
Jeff is 6’3″, easily seen at distances, and for 120 people or less prefers to work
without a podium (a raised platform) or a lectern (a reader stand).
Microphone
Jeff needs to speak with his hands free and requires a wireless lavaliere microphone.
Visual Aids
Jeff uses Powerpoint slides and needs a house projector and screen, along with a table at least 3′ by 6′ up front
in place of an overhead projector stand. Jeff uses a second table, at least 3′ by 6′ to his right or left at the front of the room. He also needs a tape recorder that plays standard size cassettes. Water is not necessary.
Head Table
If there will be a head table, please move it back far enough so Jeff can work in front of it. Please invite the people at the head table to take to a better seat in the audience.
Autograph Table (Your option)
Please arrange with the meeting facility to provide a draped table and chairs inside the room by the exit at least an hour prior to Jeff’s presentation.
Introduction
Jeff will bring an extra copy of his introduction besides the one on the reverse. Please select an introducer who will
rehearse it,
read it verbatim, and not ad-lib! A good intro can arouse the audience, help the speaker, and add to a
great meeting! Please send the name, address, and phone number of Jeff’s introducer.
